#4 – Candy
JAMA Internal Medicine revealed in a health article which was published last year that many studies expose that fats are not the only responsible for heart and health issues but also diets high in added sugar.
The studies have also shown that sugar industry is the one who spread the rumor and made people believe that fats are the only threat to which they are exposing their health.
However, experts now are able to prove that this is not the entire truth as diets high in sugar can also lead to obesity, inflammation, high cholesterol, and many other diseases which tend to lead at the end to heart diseases.
#5 – Soft drinks and sugar-sweetened juices
It is really sad to know that many American consume beverages excessively, including soft drinks and sugar-sweetened juices. Sadly, they are the ones who are responsible for destroying their own health and well being.
According to a very recent government reports that were carried out between the years 2011 and 2014, at least one soda or sugar-sweetened drink is consumed per day by more than 60 percent of children, 54 percent of adult men, and about 45 percent of women. It sounds crazy!
#6 – Sugary cereals
If you think that sugary cereals are a healthy choice with which you decide to start your day, then you are wrong! According to Druz taking refined carbohydrates and sugars for breakfast will create a certain imbalance in your blood sugar that’s in addition to inflammation.
