We all know that soda isn’t really that healthy, but most of us still enjoy their daily dose of soft drinks. Despite the terrible lack of nutritional benefits, soda hides many secrets as well as raises many questions about the truth behind its immense success and popularity in the US.
While wrecking people’s health is no secret when it comes to soft drinks consumption, the soda industry insists on maintaining its economic health and refreshing image at all costs.

The industry argues that none of the studies show that drinking a soda will make you obese, adding that there has been a significant reduction in the amount of sugar in soft drinks, with an average 23% fewer calories per serving and that 45% of soft drinks currently on the market have 0 calories.
