In fact, most of the salmon sold in food markets and restaurant is definitely not a good wild caught salmon. It is rather a farmed salmon that can do more harm than good to your body and overall health.

Salmon is a smart fish. Okay, this might sound like science fiction but science has proved it to be true! According to Dr. Theresa Burt de Perera, who is a scientist at Oxford University, fish are in general a very intelligent species.
They are discovered to have a strong, active, and long-term memory. They are quick learners, if not to say, better than dogs and cats! Quite interesting, right!
That’s not all, fish are found to have some traits that are only unique to humans. For example, They have the ability to recognize each other, cooperate and learn from each.
They love playing and hanging out with their friends too. You might feel like you’re wasting your time reading this, as you might think that I’m just joking, but believe it or not, it is so damn true!
Dr. Burt also added saying that fish like to experience and investigate new things by gathering information through eavesdropping, which is defined in the dictionary as the act of secretly listening to private conversations of others.
I know, the word is familiar to you still the definition is only provided to emphasise that fish are not just smart but spies too!
