#2 – Soda
On a sunny day and after long shopping rounds, you would mostly use coke soda, right? But do you know how much of damage can one diet coke soda cause to your body? Soda has no valuable effect on your body, so you need to strike it out immediately. You can get more sugar than what you actually need per day.
The sugar which soda contains is high fructose corn syrup. This type of sugar is really hard for the body to process, not to mention that it consumes the strength of your liver, leading to developing cancer. The Walmart diet coke you can get and think it is healthy is absolutely nothing like this.
Cola, in general, is the first soda to kick out of your diet for it contains sugar and artificial coloring which includes a carcinogenic chemical called 4-MEI. Instead of cola, try black tea to calm your nerves and flavor it, using natural sweeteners like honey or fruit juice.
#3 – Refined White Flour
To quit using refined white flour is really tough. It is not a question of no longer buying white flour as such, but a question of avoiding anything containing white flour inclusive of packaged foods (pasta, cakes, bread, and brownies).
You might complain about depriving yourself of these tasty foods, but you will still be thankful in the future. Refined white flour is processed to the extent of having removed the nutritional value of the original grain.
The refined flour you use is filled with chlorine gas to make it look white and nice. Organic white flour is also not recommended. The amount of sugar your body consumes when eating a lot of refined white flour foods is quite enough to increase cancer risk. The solution is crystal clear.
