#10 – Apple Cider Vinegar and Salt
Having an unpleasant raw throat after a bad cough? The answer is apple cider vinegar. Its acidity will kill germs and you’ll end up with a pain-free throat.
For a powerful natural remedy, mix 1 tablespoon vinegar with 1 teaspoon salt, add it to 1 glass of warm water, and then gargle the solution.
You may use it a few times a day if you need to. If you can’t tolerate this gargle, use this combination of 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and 1/4 cup honey. Take 1 tablespoon every 4 hours.
