7. Wearing Tight Jeans
Skinny jeans may be trendy or fashionable, but the problem is that they are tight! This means that they are constantly pressing on your skin and nerve endings. Besides causing a feeling of discomfort, they can also put you at risk of developing serious health problems, particularly with your nervous system.
Even worse, the decreased air flow to your legs can lead to tingling, itching, and making your legs go numb. Make sure to always wear comfortable clothes in which you can move easily and preserve your legs’ and nerves’ health.
8. Drinking Freshly Squeezed Juice
Of course, freshly squeezed fruit juice is good for you, but only in small amounts! In the case of certain diseases, juices can even cause severe damage to your health. For instance, grape juice is particularly harmful to individuals who suffer from diabetes or obesity.
Furthermore, fruit juices are powerful allergens. People should be careful about giving them to their kids. If you have a child, offer them only small quantities of juice, or consult a doctor in advance to avoid unexpected allergic reactions.
