Feverfew is a supplement derived from the sunflower and that helps lessen inflammation. During a study carried at the Headache Care Center in Missouri, about 60 volunteers were given three different treatments, ginger, feverfew, or a placebo.

Two hours later, nearly 63% of the patients given ginger or feverfew experienced pain relief, while 39% of those who took placebo experienced pain relief. Thus, it was concluded that ginger and feverfew seemed to be effective and safe treatments for mild headaches.

You can add a bit of honey for sweetness. You should slowly drink this tea while still so warm and you’ll notice how your headache will gradually fade away. You can also use rosemary essential oil to ease a headache either by inhaling it or applying it topically.
