No, seriously? Can Tomatoes put my life at risk? Oh my god, I eat it every day, it’s either with eggs in the mornings or as a salad for lunch and even in a sandwich as a snack. This must be your reaction now as you read this but no need to worry.
Calm down and read the heading again “Tomato seeds and leaves.” Oh, yes, you can eat as much as you like of tomatoes no one is saying that tomatoes will end your life!
It’s the stems and leaves of a tomato that can cause a stomach upset and agitation because of the alkali poisons it contains. Also, green or unripe tomatoes can have the same effects as the stems and leaves. It’s true that not a high risk is detected here still you should avoid eating them.

Food and Drug Administration recommend that the consumption of Tuna should be weakly monitored and must be completely avoided by pregnant women and children. The danger lies in the risk of mercury intake when consuming Tuna.
Once the latter heavy metal is in your body, it will negatively affect your kidneys and brain and drive you insane. It’s unlikely that eating tuna in volumes will kill you, still, prevention is always better than cure!

Well, the tuber is healthy and can be eaten all the time and anytime without risking your health and putting it in danger. You can also eat it in many ways and as you prefer. However, the leaves and roots of Cassava are highly rich in cyanide and must be avoided.
