2 egg whites or 1 whole egg + 100 g of cooked rice + 80 g of ricotta + Blackberries, other berries, or banana (whatever you prefer).

How to make it:

Start with mixing the rice and egg whites, then pour the batter in a dry pan and cook until done. Make as many pancakes as the batter may allow.

Now combine the ricotta and berries (or other fruit) and mix well until smooth.

Spread the filling over your pancakes and make rolls.

½ cup of rolled oats + 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt + ricotta + 1 banana + Berries (whichever you like) + 1 teaspoon of honey (if desired) + A pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder, if desired.

How to make it:

Pick a jar and fill it with layers of rolled oats, ricotta, natural yogurt, slices of banana and berries. Then, sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon.

Shake the jar and leave it overnight in the fridge.

In the morning, enjoy the healthy and yummy dish. You can add some honey if you like.
