#10 – Get rid of cramps
In order for our muscles to relax, they need to feel a little heat. The latter is capable to relieve discomfort and ease the pain so quickly. So get a hot water bag and apply on wherever you feel the cramps.
You can always improvise if you don’t have the hot water bag by creating one out of a plastic bottle: Just wrap in a towel after filling it with hot water, and then place it on the affected area.
Be careful not to apply the heat to the infected or injured area, and make sure the water is not too hot.
