#4 – You may suffer from a heatstroke
You may have had a similar experience while walking on a summer day then your body stops perspiring and a feeling of dizziness overwhelms you. This is called anhidrosis, which means that the body is unable to produce sweat, it is actually a very serious condition.
It prevents your body from naturally cooling you down. In the latter case, you should attempt by all means to hydrate yourself or move to an air-conditioned place because it puts you at risk of heatstroke.
Moreover, some medications can lead to a long-lasting anhidrosis, so if you notice an important reduction in your sweat, make sure to talk to your doctor.
#5 – You have blood sugar issues
Your blood sugar shouldn’t be under 70 nor exceed 100 milligrams/deciliter while fasting. However, when it goes down to below 70, you may feel the effects and one of the signs could be excessive sweating.
Fortunately, in most cases, you can just eat or drink something to get your blood sugar back to its balance. But if your blood sugar rises, you will need to check immediately with a health professional.
#6 – You should change your diet
One of the symptoms of trimethylaminuria is that the person constantly smells bad. This is a very unusual genetic condition in which your body can’t decompose this chemical when having to digest specific foods like fish and eggs. And consequently, your body secretes large amounts of trimethylamine through your breath, urine, and sweat with a horrible smell similar to rotten fish.
#7 – You should drink more water
We all agree that it’s not a great feeling when you’ve been bearing all of this sweat that your eyes are drenched and even hurt, or you have developed dried white streaks on your cheeks, it’s likely that you are officially a salty sweater.
