You can now cure a lazy eye effectively in the comfort of your own home!
You just have to free up about 20 minutes every day to do a series of exercises for lazy eye correction while sitting in a dark room.

The best way to do these eye exercises is to sit two feet away from your laptop or tablet, use the full-screen display on your device, cover your good eye with your hand, and follow the simple instructions of each exercise. The purpose of these visual exercises is to make the eye move around the eye socket.
Although there are fifteen exercises, each lasts no more than 3 minutes, so it’s easy for you to repeat all of them up to twice a day if you wish to see results sooner.

Here are 15 eye exercises that will fix your lazy eye and help correct your vision.

15. Clockwise circle

This type of eye exercises can help you improve the muscle movement of your eye, thus improving your overall eye health. Make sure to not only do this exercise but also the 14 following ones as well for the best results.

So let’s begin:

✔ Cover your healthy eye.

✔ Focus on the red dot.

✔ Start following the dot’s movement slowly with your lazy eye.

14. Counterclockwise circle

While doing these simple exercises, it’s crucial to strictly follow the instructions to encourage better movement of your eye around the eye socket. Also, try to not get distracted by the white and black background.
Here’s how to do the second exercise:

✔ Cover your healthy eye.

✔ Focus on the red dot.

✔ Start following the dot’s movement counterclockwise with your lazy eye.

✔ Repeat for two minutes.

13. Up-and-down

Now that we’re done with circles, we’re going to proceed to lines where your eye is supposed to be moving up and down. Just sit comfortably and try to not lose your focus. Here’s what to do:

✔ Cover your healthy eye.

✔ Notice the red dot and start following the straight line.

✔ Move your lazy eye upward then downward to draw the straight line.

12. Right moving tornado

After two circles and one line comes two tornado movements to give your eye a nice spinning exercise.
Let’s do the first tornado starting from the right, here’s how:

✔ Cover your healthy eye.

✔ Focus on the red dot.

✔ Follow the dot while moving your lazy eye in a spiral-like movement in a clockwise direction.

11. Left moving tornado

Similar to the previous tornado, you’ll have to repeat the same movement, only this time starting from the left. Here’s what to do:

✔ Cover your healthy eye.

✔ Focus on the red dot.

✔ Start drawing a spiral with your lazy eye. This time, the movement should be counterclockwise.

10. Butterfly

The butterfly move helps your eye wander all four corners of the eye socket to help enhance the eye’s muscle movement as an important part of this series of eye exercises. Here’s how to do it:

● Cover your healthy eye.

● Focus on the red dot.

● From the left side at the top of the screen, start moving your lazy eye to the bottom right, then upward to the right.

● Keep moving your eye to the left side at the bottom.

● Finally, finish at the top left, which is the starting point.

9. Zigzag

The Zigzag movement is an important part of this entire series of eye exercises, so make sure not to skip it or any other exercise so you can get the most of this vision therapy. This is what you need to do:

● Cover your healthy eye.

● Focus on the red colored dot.

● Just like a zigzag try to slowly move your lazy eye down, from the top left to right!

● Cover your healthy eye.

● Focus on the red dot.

● From the left side at the bottom, start moving your lazy eye upward to the right and then back to create a slanted line.

● Cover your healthy eye.

● Focus on the red dot.

● From the bottom, follow the red dot while smoothly drawing a curved line with your lazy eye.

This one is super easy but needs a bit more concentration so that you can successfully draw an infinity sign with your eye using one continuous line without any distractions.

● Cover your healthy eye.

● Focus on the red dot.

● From the center of the screen, start following the movement of the dot to draw an infinity sign.

5. Spiral

Hang in there, we have only 5 more exercises to go! This one will require you to draw a spiral shape with your eye. Here’s how:

● Cover your healthy eye.

● Focus on the red dot.

● Start from the outside of the screen and then start moving your lazy eye slowly to reach the central point. Proceed to draw a spiral shape with your lazy eye.

4. Decreasing circle

Back to circles, now you don’t need to draw a circle with your eye but to watch the drawn circle as it gets smaller and bigger. Make sure to stay 100% focused and take a tiny break between exercises if you feel like it. Here’s what you need to do:

● Cover your healthy eye.

● Focus harder on the red colored dot.

● Follow the dot’s movement while noticing how it shrinks and enlarges.

3. Downward semicircle

Now it’s time for semi circles that look like a crescent. Here’s how to do the downward semicircle exercise:

● Cover your healthy eye.

● Focus on the red dot.

● Draw a downward semicircle with your lazy eye.

2. Upward semicircle

For this one, you’ll need to repeat the exact same steps as the previous exercise, only this time the semicircle is upward. Here’s how:

● Cover your healthy eye.

● Focus on the red dot.

● Then, proceed to draw an upward semicircle with your lazy eye.
