You will absolutely find it hard to believe but this is true my dear! You cannot have a beautifully toned body overnight. It is a goal that is not easily maintained. It requires enough time, lots of patience, and a strong determination.
Fifty Shades of grey took five long months to be filmed and five shooting days a week in Vancouver city, that in addition to another two final weeks in France. That’s not easy at all! So, you can say that Dakota Johnson thought about it this way ‘’ the sooner, the better’’. And oh, yes both stars were just super fit and toned!

Well, Dakota was monitored by Ramona Braganza, who is the founder of the 3-2-1 fitness training method and Jessica Alba’s first trainer. The latter was hired by the company of the fifty shades thanks to its experience and excellent reputation.
In fact, Ramona trained many other celebrities over the years namely, Halle Berry, Amanda Seyfried, Anne Hathaway, and Kate Beckinsale.
