Scrolling or watching videos before bed can make your health suffer in many ways. Smartphones, tablets, and computers emit blue light, which damages both your health and sleep. Moreover, radio frequency waves were found to cause sleep deprivation.

To stay healthy, you should turn all your gadgets off at least 60 minutes before bedtime. Instead, try to listen to some relaxing sounds or read a good book.
