The plastic bottle of water can also have other debilitating consequences on our health and wellbeing.

In fact, according to a research carried out by a group of researchers at the University of Florida, the plastic used in water bottles is found to release some dangerous chemicals, namely, antimony and bisphenol A and this happens when the bottle was exposed to sunlight over some period of time.

Here is a list of health issues that these two chemicals can cause on the long rung :

– Heart issues and complications.

– An increased risk of developing deadly diseases such as cancer.

– Constant stomach pain.

– Diarrhea.

– Vomiting.
