That’s a sign of a good health. I know that most of us feel a little pissed off at our brains when we wake up at 7 A.M on a Saturday morning, but that’s just your healthy brain inside your healthy body doing what it needs to do.

I know it is impossible but try to leave bed when you wake up, do a little workout (yoga, stretching, etc) instead of forcing yourself to sleep again.

Having a long tiring day may put us asleep the second our heads hit the pillow, which can be perfectly normal, unless it happens every night. Scientists said that the healthy process of falling asleep takes almost 10 to 20 minutes, and it should be a calm, slow process.

So if you are enjoying sleeping in 2 seconds, then you should worry a little bit, especially if you weren’t that tired or drunk.

If you don’t sleep immediately, then try to not stress yourself about it because that could make you wait a little longer to sleep. After all, you are healthy and that’s what matters!

#8 – You have enough energy during the day

There is a cycle that we all fall into and it is “sleep-food-work-sleep”, we have all been victims of it and it feels horrible.

So after work, if you feel like you still have enough energy to do more activities like walking your dog, meeting friends, playing with your kids or even playing guitar, then you are fine and you have nothing to worry about.

If you find yourself inside that cycle, try your best to get out of it as soon as possible. It is not healthy for your brain, heart, and body!
