This was a motivation for the doctors that work in True Health Initiative (a famous organization that focuses on health issues), and they tried to lower the tension around health problems by finding 8 signs that tell us we are in a good health, even if we think that we are not.

There are many reasons that lead us to consume so much food at any time during the day. But, if you are not psychologically addicted to food or you don’t find yourself eating out of boredom, then don’t worry, you are fine, especially if you rarely eat too much.

We know that food is a blessing, and we sometimes don’t even get enough of it (we see you, junk food!), but as long as we keep it moderate, then we are totally okay!

By diet we don’t mean an actual diet where you cut down all the sweets and carbs and eat only vegetables and fruits, we mean that your meals are balanced. Plus, you tend to eat different things every day.

It is not good to limit your diet to rice and chicken breasts, or vice versa. Eating various things is the key to a balanced diet. Plus, you don’t eat fast food every day and all week. All of these signs say that you are healthy and good to go.

There is no simple formula when it comes to knowing what our bodies need because each one of us has their own food needs; it is a very individual thing.
