Besides bacteria, dirt, oils, makeup, and hormonal changes, the causes of clogged pores also include daily habits that seem harmless to you, while they actually make your skin suffer.

#1 – You Keep Touching Your Face
If your fingers tend to reach for your face when you’re bored or thinking, or if you usually place your hand on your face, then you should simply stop doing this.
When you keep touching your face throughout the day, what you’re actually doing is repeatedly contaminating your skin. Set a rule of never touching your face unless you’re cleaning, washing, or applying some cream.
Your hands spend the day collecting a wide variety of bacteria, dirt, and grease, so each time you touch your face, you transfer a great deal of the allergens, oils, viruses, and other nasty stuff to your skin. This causes your pores to clog if not worse.
Resist this bad habit by reminding your hands not to lay a finger on your face, if they won’t listen, ask your friend, co-worker, or spouse to alert you whenever you do so unintentionally. Also, remember to wash your hands as much as necessary.
#2 – You Sunbathe and Apply Sunscreen
Beach days are the best days of every year when the sun hugs our skin and relaxes our minds. This seems dreamy but it harms your beautiful skin.
Seeking a cool tan can immensely harm your skin, making your pores look awfully bigger. Moreover, it can result in wrinkles’ formation, or even worse, skin cancer.
