Smoothies are the greatest options and the best beverages you could consume because all of that fiber will be retained, but just make sure you are making them at home.
Haven’t you noticed the store-bought smoothies have a creamy texture and a taste close to the dessert you have at dinner? Basically, they add many things that would enlarge the sugar and fat content.
You need to keep an open mind and understand that there is so much junk hidden in the foods that are labeled as healthy. Stop loading your body with unhealthy ingredients that will not serve you, and protect yourself from the killer cells.
