Here is the thing; eating in front of the TV can actually boost your mood and make your morning a lot better, but it also takes away the mindfulness of realizing and appreciating the textures, flavors, and portions of all the foods you are eating, which will leave you with more cravings and hunger.
It is very important to eat slowly and chew every bite consciously so both your body and mind can realize how much you have eaten.
#10 – Not drinking water when you first wake up
This habit has a strong effect on your waistline, an effect that most people don’t know. Every single part and organ of our bodies depend on water, including our metabolism. Plus, lack of water means dehydration, which also means that our energy level can easily drop and lead us to be less active and in constant need of more naps.
If we combined all of these factors together, we will get fewer calories burnt, fatigue, and a bigger waistline. So make sure to drink one glass of water before breakfast, and of course, don’t forget to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
