Triceps Workout #1: 5 Ways To Boost Triceps Growth

For a real and true stretching position for triceps movements, overhead extensions are a best exercise for muscles growth. This workout can be done with one or two arms at the same time. To doing it with one arm, the variation will be started with a dumbbell in the final position for the dumbbell press by keeping the arm in the air in straight point.

After that lower the weight down, behind the head without any movement of upper arm (in a vertical form). Reverse the workout movement again and again for triceps stretches.
