Last Updated on January 7, 2021

Giving birth is definitely a great joy and a dream that all women of the world wish to experience one day! After all becoming a mother and being the reason behind which a beautiful and angelic face comes to this world is just incredible and one of the greatest blessings.

So, we all without exception tend to question how the woman feels to have the first baby kick and how she is able to shower her babies with much love and affection despite the pain she goes through during labor.

But how about the emerging infant? Of course, the baby won’t be able to remember his first experiences or tell us about his first cry or first breath.

However, there are, in fact, some things about our first moments that are very simply known or can be speculated upon.

#1 – Your First Pee After Birth Might Look Like Green, Red, Orange, Or Even A Pixie-Dust

You might be surprised, but this is true and fascinatingly bizarre! In fact, it is very common for some newborns to urinate a pixie Dust-pee. The latter has even a medical term and it is often referred to it as ‘’brick-dust ‘’.

According to Donna Murray, newly born babies urine can sometimes contain acid crystals, which affect the color of the urine and make it look like vivid red, pink, and even orange-colored powder.

That’s not all as you might also need to know that the food that the mother consumes while breastfeeding might also change the color of the baby’s urine.

#2 – You See Everything Through The Lens Of A Smeary Camera

According to experts at the American Optometric Association, the newborn’s vision is literally abuzz with all kind of visual stimulation. So, yes don’t expect the newborn baby to differentiate between objects.

In fact, almost all the images, even those highly contrasted appear as one entity and this is because the newly born babies haven’t yet developed a very deep perception of things around them.

What’s even more interesting is that the newborn babies cannot follow objects until they are 3 months old and even then their vision is not three dimensional until the baby is five months and above!
