If you don’t love eating bacon, then, you might start liking it now! Susannah Mushatt Jones died in 2016 at age of 116. This woman didn’t have the chance to reveal her secret about living such a long life but when her niece was interviewed by New York Post about the health routine of her granny, she said that Susannah used to love bacon and she would eat it all day long!
#8 – Honey, bee pollen
Fred Hale was quite a strong man! It’s true that he was very old, but his body was full of strength and power. At 103, Fred Hale Sr. was still shoveling snow and driving at 108, which is not something that all old people can do!
Unfortunately, he passed away in 2004 at age 113! It is said that he was a veteran beekeeper who used to consume a teaspoonful of honey and bee pollen every single day!
It’s true that he wasn’t a smoker and rarely he drank alcohol, but it is said that he used sometimes to wash the honey down with a breakfast nip of whiskey.
