You might take vitamin C to protect yourself from catching a cold or replace a professional treatment with biologically active additives (BAAs). But this is simply not true because, otherwise, several medical practices would have run out of business.
If you maintain a balanced diet, taking vitamins will be meaningless as you already get the needed nutrients from food. Unless you suffer from a vitamin deficiency, you shouldn’t take any additional vitamins.
Also, you need to be aware that biologically active additives are not medicine, meaning that they cannot treat a disease and can only help restore the balance of lacking substances.
#9 – Don’t put a charging phone under a pillow
Place your charging phone under your pillow and you might wake up to an explosion under your head. It’s well-known that a charging phone can easily get hot. Well, although the newest smartphones have improved, there are still phones with batteries that can boost the device’s temperature. This means that the phone or charger cord can catch fire.
You’re actually putting yourself at a huge risk by leaving a charging phone under your pillow.
To stay safe, never place your charging phone under the pillow.
