Marilyn Monroe’s diet consists of two raw eggs whipped in warm milk for her breakfast. Even when traveling or in hotels, she wouldn’t change her eating habit either for breakfast or dinner. She doesn’t eat lunch, but she finishes her day with broiled liver, lamb, or steak and munches on a couple of carrots for dinner.

Monroe’s diet is full of nutrients and keeps her curvy body to stay in shape with just 10 minutes workout a day. She has mostly hot-fudge sundae as dessert. Even though she could afford to have a different diet and still keep her figure, she decided not to for some reason. This diet is definitely not for everyone.

Sophia Loren, the beautiful Italian actress, is an avid pasta fan. Loren considers Italian pasta an essential part of any meal. She says as long as you use healthy tomato sauce pasta is fine. However, she scales her favorite food to the size of a fist.

Loren vigorously thinks having smaller portions of pasta at least 5 times a day is the best way to keep her carbohydrate intake in check. She doesn’t follow any strict diet and she owes her beauty and shape to Italian food. If you doubt the wisdom of this, try brown pasta. It is a healthier alternative to the processed versions we have access to in the supermarkets.

When Beyonce had to play the role of Deena (at the age of 16) in Dream Girl, she decided to go the extra mile and follow this diet from Stanley Burroughs’ book “The Master Cleanser.” It was supposed to be a body cleanse from all the antioxidants, a form of fasting. However, for Beyonce’s goal, it worked just fine. She managed to lose 20 pounds in 10 days.

This diet entails drinking lemon mixed up with water, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. (It’s basically starving yourself for a short period of time!) It should be noted that this cleanse program is not a diet program since it doesn’t deliver the needed, balanced intake of nutrients.
