Buy some from a trusted brand and start adding it to your meals. This will increase the blood flow to your pain-stricken knees. Having a healthy blood circulation will reduce the inflammation that causing you the pain.

Whether your right knee has the pain or your left knee is feeling the throbs of pain, inflammation is the root cause of it all. Studies have shown that consuming avocados can reduce inflammation. This is achievable thanks to oleic acid, which comes abundantly in avocados.
