There is no doubting that protein is very essential for muscular corset strengthening and recovery, especially after an intensive workout. In such cases, both animal and plant proteins are good in this case but keep note that the latter needs more time to start working.
Nutritionists strongly recommend vegetarians and vegan sportsmen to immediately consume protein after a workout so that it will be easily absorbed!
