#1 – Turmeric
Turmeric may not be everyone’s favorite, but it is still known for its impressive anti-inflammatory features due to Curcumin, which is one of turmeric’s components that have anti-microbial characteristics. How to use:
– It can be used in your meal preparation or in tea.
– Apply it directly on the affected area for better results.
– Mix it with coconut oil or water to create a paste, then apply on the fungal infections.
– Leave the past for as long as you can before washing it off.
P.S: If you applied on your skin, the area will appear yellow, but there is nothing to worry about as it fades away in a couple of days.
