Leg Workout
Warm up – 20 min Stairmaster
- Hip thrust on Smith Machine: 4 sets X 20 reps
- Squats: 4 sets X 15, 12, 10, 12 reps
- Mountain climbers: 5 sets X 30 reps (each leg)
(1 min rest in between supersets) - Deadlifts: 4 sets X 12 reps
- Kettlebell Swings: 4 sets X 15 reps
(1 min rest in between supersets) - Step ups: 4 sets X 20, 15, 12, 15+ reps
- Single leg RDLS: 4 sets X12-15
(1 min rest in between supersets) - Reverse lunges: 4 sets X 15-20 reps,
- Lying hamstring curls: 4 sets X 15-20 reps
(1 min rest in between supersets) - 20 min cardio at night (sprints)
