The truth is, the benefits of eating eggs are just incredible. 8. Increased levels of HDL “good” cholesterol

In fact, according to multiple studies, consuming eggs regularly will lead to increased levels of HDL, which is a beneficial type of cholesterol. High-density lipoprotein, or HDL, helps your body to move cholesterol to the liver so the latter can get rid of the bad cholesterol. So just feel free to enjoy both the egg white and yolk without worrying about high cholesterol levels.
