Smoothies are rich in calories and easy to drink for muscle building and an energetic life. They are necessary for fitness and health. There are 7 muscle building smoothies recipes that are very useful for body builders and common people as well:
#1 – Coconut twisted Julius
Take 1 cup coconut milk, 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, 2 table spoon orange juice and 1/2 frozen banana. Blend and mix them well for health benefits.
