We’ve always been taught that eating certain things on an empty stomach may be very dangerous to our overall health. But, have you ever heard that DOING certain things before eating can be bad for you, as well? Well, now you did and it is very true.
However, it’s not like we are willing to do serious activities while we are hungry because let’s face it, we won’t move till we satisfy our belly. But in case you have to, you should start reconsidering making any action before having a full meal.

Any non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug like Paracetamol and Aspirin on an empty stomach is very dangerous. They may cause serious health problems, such as gastric bleeding.
Here are other medicines that you shouldn’t take on an empty stomach:
– Antibiotics.
– Prednisone.
– Metformin.
– Oral Contraception.
– Narcotic Pain Relievers.
You can drink milk because it can lower the negative effects of NSAIDs, or you can wash the medicine down with plenty of water.
Coffee
I believe that we spent half our lives drinking coffee early in the morning while our stomach is still empty. But, even decaffeinated coffee can stimulate the production of acid that causes heartburn and many other digestive problems.
Plus, skipping
Drink Alcohol
Except feeling sick after having only two glasses, alcohol on an empty stomach is not healthy for your overall health. Plus, it will hit you faster with all its negativity.
