How does it happen? It’s flickering blood vessels in the eyes. In case only one eye appears red while the other eye is white, then the vessels are blocked. The thing that’s blocking the vessels can be an eye infection, walleye, cataract, or in the worst cases, an eye cancer.

As a preventive measure to ensure your eyes are healthy, visit the ophthalmologist if you notice a red-eye photo of yourself.
