This is another unhealthy habit that is sure to bring about your demise one time or another if you keep it up. All sodas are considered artificially sweetened beverages, meaning that they contain so many additives that do not agree so well with your health.

If you are addicted to drinking soda, make sure that you look into how to stop drinking soda and slowly build a healthy habit of not drinking any soda. Avoiding the habit of drinking soda is one of the paths to having a healthy life.

5. Consuming Alcohol
