So if you felt like you have been feeling tired when you don’t really do any effort, then it is best to contact your doctor.
#4 – Sweating
If you are exercising, going through menopause, or the weather is extremely warm, then it is normal to break out cold sweat. But if your body is sweating excessively for no reason then it may be a strong signal of a heart attack because it makes our nervous system very active.
#5 – Nausea
Heart attacks could easily cause nausea to both men and women, but it is most likely to happen to women. It may also feel like you are just getting the flu, especially if it is the flu season (many people made this mistake).
If your nausea is sudden, constant, and not related to food, then it is time to take action. It is important to listen to your body every day in order to be safe!
#6 – Shortness of breath
If exercise, running, or even walking seems harder than usual, then you have to contact your doctor. Every time you do a simple physical activity, you will mostly feel like you just ran up the stairs and you can’t catch a breath. These signs should never be ignored and you have to go to the ER as soon as possible.
All of these symptoms are silent and could be mistaken for other normal things. But it is necessary to always think twice about everything you feel and experience in order to avoid any serious issue in the future.
Be your own hero and save your lives, ladies!
