It could be: Psoriasis
Nail psoriasis symptoms can be reflected in grooves, ridges, or tiny holes in your fingernails.
The majority of people, who have nail psoriasis, are also suffering from skin psoriasis, which is an autoimmune disease that affects the skin.
Other clear symptoms of nail psoriasis are horizontal lines with some white spots across the nails. It is highly recommended to do a quick check up if you see similar symptoms on your nails.

It could be: Lupus or Anemia
A spoon-shaped fingernail is a direct symptom of iron deficiency and overproduction (known as Hemochromatosis). Other diseases related to spooned nails are lupus, which is an autoimmune disease; and Raynaud’s disease which infects the bloodstock in the toes.
The spoon-shaped nails can appear rarely in babies but it diminishes in the first few years.
But for an adult, it is better to contact a physician who will do all the blood tests to reveal the exact problem.

It could be: Skin Cancer
Your toenails can reflect the early signs of skin cancer that may appear as a dark and straight line inside the toenails. It could be a hidden or an acral lentiginous melanoma which is another kind of skin cancer that becomes visible in some obscure parts of the body; other invisible melanomas are the mouth and eye melanoma that is hardly detected.
A dermatologist or a podiatrist can see it easily with careful examination. The majority of
dark-skinned people are highly diagnosed with hidden melanoma that appears as a black
