#1 – Sugary foods
Avoid sugary foods as much as you can especially if the next day is your test day. Sugary food can give you that sugar spike and make you feel very active, energetic and stimulated. However, as soon as this spike fades away, your body starts to ask you for more doses of sugar. Consequently, you are feeling hungry, lazy, slow, and less alert.
Unlike the artificial sugar, which can only last for a little while and end up leaving you in the middle of the test tired and unfocused, natural healthy sugar can be a great substitute that can improve your short-term memory and also help you achieve higher marks. This healthy sugar can be found in fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, and bananas.
