colas, drinks mostly at night are not a wise choice for reducing the fat. Apart from foods and drinks, it is good to not rely only on one method to reduce the fat if you are serious and really want to remove the fat, so you will have to do little efforts for the first time and then you will be habitual of it so some aerobic activities which really help a lot.
5. Swimming
Studies show that by swimming we can reduce our fat up to 7 to 10 kilograms per month, so removing 5 kgs in two weeks is not a really joke some efforts can pay off more so it is also a very interesting activity along with good exercise.
6. Morning walk
It may seem very difficult or even impossible to wake up early in the morning and go for walking, but we have to sacrifice something in order to get something if you really want to get rid of the fat tummy you can walk about an hour for daily and running will double the results if you run for a half hour daily, you can reduce up to 1 kilogram daily in this way you will reduce 10 to 12 kilograms in 2 weeks and just running will not do everything but you will have to be careful while eating as well.
So reducing fat is not so difficult as it seems but you will have to do some efforts to get something and hard work always pay better so having an eye on food and avoid oily things and eat healthy foods and fruits along with some activities like, running, swimming and exercise can help you a lot and with the passage of time you will feel the results and you will love your shape.
