Waffle With Chocolate Penaut Butter

When fit girls wake up, they do breakfast right! their high protein peanut butter and chocolate waffle is the perfect mix of ingredients for a healthy begining to the day. This waffle is made with Powdered Peanut Butter so as to keep the fat percentage down, so it is great if you need a lower fat breakfast.

EGG WHITE 1

Powdered Peanut Butter 2 TBSP

WATER 1 CUP

CINNAMON 2 TBSP

STEVIA 2 TBSP

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix well all ingredients in a blender.
  • Place the mixture into a preheated waffle maker.
  • Cook it 3-5 minutes.
  • Enjoy it with adding some honey or Powdered Peanut Butter if you want.

ALMOND BUTTER 1 TBSP

SHREDDED COCONUT (UNSWEETENED ) 1/4 CUP

DIRECTIONS

  • Melt down coconut oil and mix it with whey protein powder.
  • Place the mixture on a parchment paper & spread it.
  • Top first with almond butter, coconut and crushed almonds.
  • Refrigerate it with 2 or 3 hours.
  • Enjoy it!
