#5 – Not eating enough

#6 – Less intake of water
Less intake of water is also a big mistake that most of the people do. Water helps to clean the body from toxins and lose weight. Too much water is also not good and too less is also bad. At least you should take 8 to 10 glass of water daily.
#7 – Stress and depression
Stress and depression is a silent killer. When you are stressed or depressed your body produces cortisol. This is responsible for increased body fat storage. Although your diet and exercise is perfect but stress can defeat you and you will fail to achieve your goal. So try to stay happy and stress free for better results.
#8 – You don’t sleep enough
Less sleep also produces cortisol in the body. When you are short on sleep your sensitivity also decreases. This problem combined stops you to achieve your goal. Prioritize sleep to reach the fitness and weight loss goals. Try to sleep at least 7 to 8 hours for better results.
#9 – You are not honest with diet plan
If you are not honest with what you are eating and what not till then you can achieve your goal. Whatever the diet plan you are following stay stick to it and eat what it says. Otherwise it will effect badly your goal.
