3. Rare Meat
What you should eat instead is well-done meat, or at least medium-well. Place any uncooked meat away from other foods. Make sure to wash your hands immediately after contact with uncooked meat, as well as any surface or dish that touched the raw meat.
Also, wrap cooked meat well if you want to store it in the freezer or refrigerator. Do not eat any food that has been exposed to room temperature for over 2 hours.
4. Sprouted Grains
Instead, you can consume grains that were safely sprouted or raw seeds, such as sunflower, pumpkin, and flax, which can contain similar nutrients and health benefits.
5. Fresh Milk
Avoid drinking milk unless it’s boiled or pasteurized. Although some people believe that pasteurization decreases the nutritional value, it is not dangerous, while raw beverages can be, as neglecting this safety rule can only mean more risk of contamination by parasites, viruses, and bacteria.
