You should never eat raw oysters! Bill Marler, an American lawyer who is an expert in food-poisoning lawsuits, simply doesn’t eat certain foods anymore, and he has good reason not to do so. Having won hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients in such cases, Marler says he was convinced to never eat raw seafood again.

Raw shellfish has become a favorable breeding ground for several new harmful species of bacteria due to the warming up of the water. You need to avoid eating raw seafood, especially shellfish. Instead, you can eat baked oysters with spices, it’s tasty and without harmful bacteria.

When fruits and vegetables are contaminated with disease-causing bacteria, consuming their juices can easily result in foodborne illnesses.
