Green poop could be a sign of many things, and all of them are not scary or serious so you are allowed to relax!

The foods we consume take 3 days to complete their journey inside our digestive system, and when it is digested too fast; the feces will look green as it is the first color they have during the process.

The other possible causes of this “grass” color may be eating a lot of vegetables, foods with green dye, and iron supplements.

So many people experience red stools, which may be a horrific situation. But, it innocently means that you have to eat a lot of tomatoes, cranberries, and beetroot.

On the other hand, and if you don’t recall consuming any of these foods, the red poop may be a symptom of hemorrhoids or bleeding in the lower of the intestinal tract. In any case, it is best if you visit your doctor, especially if you are not sure what causes the red color to pop out.
