#1 – Relationships
Healthy relationships are important for people who have turned 40. Therefore, if you have just turned 40 you need to be competent enough to distinguish between good relationships and bad relationships: you need, that is, to throw away the latter in favor of the former.
Living a healthy life involves as much. In order, therefore, to be happy and have proper mental health, you need to work hard on your relationships—keep only the people who deserve your time around and ditch the rest out of your life. Toxic people mean toxic life!
