People love how bacon tastes but when you examine its content, it’s nothing but
Chicken Nuggets
According to Dr. Fenster from the University of Montana, we still need to clearly understand from what exact part of the chicken nuggets are made even after decades of studying comparative physiology and studying and working with anatomy.
Shockingly, a 2016-study revealed that there’s only 50% of meat in a chicken nugget. This means that 50% of the regular nugget isn’t derived from any part of the chicken at all!
Boxed Cereals
Boxed cereals are loaded with sugar and the grains are unhealthy, says the founder of Eleven Eleven Wellness Center Dr. Frank Lipman. Instead of eating cereal first thing in the morning, try having protein and healthy fats to start your morning better. You can have two boiled eggs with greens, sardines on crispbreads, or 1/2 avocado sprinkled with salt.
What you feed your body at the beginning of every day should be as healthy and possible so you can have a productive and energetic day. Try to avoid too much sugar and flavored or colored foods. Most importantly, avoid eating nothing for breakfast.
Fast Food Salad
A salad is always perceived as a healthy option because it’s a salad! But this is totally not true when it comes to fast food salad. The veggies often turn soft and require a specific ‘awakening’ supplement to regain their crunchy state.
Actually, a fast food salad doesn’t only lack nutritional value but also flavor. And this is when artificial flavors and preservatives interfere to save the salad. Dr. Fenster concludes that this is a meal fit for zombies.
Frozen Chicken Pot Pie
A frozen chicken pot pie is actually your nutritional nightmare. It’s simply not worth it no matter how delicious it may be. According to Dr. Tavel from Indiana University, the chicken pot pie you regularly buy may consist of 22 g of saturated fat in addition to over 1,000 calories.
