    Too late for me to deny myself now! Seems like every day something is new! and healthy! …and a year or two later, it’s the worst possible thing!

Let them glory in their self denial, (miserable S.O.B’s), but please let them keep their opinions to themselves. “one man’s meat, is another man’s poison”… an ancient truism, but factual, none the less. As we said in the 60’s : ” different strokes for different folks “. Me, I’ll enjoy myself, and die whenever. I’m 69 now, & according to my plethora of physicians, who fight each others treatment, in MY body, I’m disgustingly healthy. Allergies, to Apples, Apricots, Seafood, Shellfish, Tomatoes, Yeast, and an aversion to Legumes, (Migraines), Leafy Greens, (if they’re fixed so I’ll eat ’em, THEY’RE NOT HEALTHY!
    The STRESS associated with living today’s PC life is UNHEALTHY! (You’re gonna give yourself a stroke!)…
    Excess Population, forced on us by fanatic dogooders, makes it harder AND easier to live or die! Stress, accidents & homicide make life too short, and being forced to breathe after the mind is gone, (at unmentionable cost), makes LIFE a poor choice!
    So, I don’t worry about it, and eat what’s appealing or as another “old saw” goes : “I’ll eat, when I’m hungry, I’ll drink when I’m dry, & if someone don’t kill me, I’ll live ’til I die…
