It is obvious that avocados and dark chocolate are the most delicious and healthiest foods for both our brains and bodies. But unfortunately, not all of us have developed the habit of consuming these foods daily. Instead, we are most likely attracted to the ones that are not healthy and ready to sap our smarts.
So only if you want to be forgetful, sluggish, and maybe even depressed then you can consume these foods. Otherwise, it is best to avoid them completely because we are nothing without our brains, literally. So we really need to take great care of them.
