Many OTC medications help you to ease fever symptoms; however, don’t use these medications until your fever reaches over 103F – which is considered dangerously high.

Fever is a part of your immune system defense against infection; thus, when getting rid of the fever, you may be allowing germs to linger in your body for a longer period.

Sometimes, the human body gets engaged in battles that it can’t win; when it happens, you may have a persisted and high fever for more than 3 days.

Also, many things can lead fever to spike, such as lymphomas, urinary tract infections, and tuberculosis. So it is better to check with your doctor to rule out these diseases.

#4 – Changes in bowel movement

Having difficult bowel movement is one of the main health problems of the 21st century; especially after becoming a fast food nation.

And with the crappy diets that we are following that contain no healthy foods, it becomes more and more rare for people to have a normal bowel movement. However, there are many other factors that can cause this including allergies, illnesses, and stress.

The majority of people don’t concern themselves with constipation stool once they leave the bathroom. But if you notice that you are experiencing changes in your regular bowel movement that last for days, or you notice changes in your stool such as becoming tarry, bloody, black or pale, check with your doctor.
