We all know that fish is an extremely healthy food due to its low-fat high quality protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and important vitamins and minerals. The majority of medical health pages recommend eating fish at least two times per week as part of a healthy diet.
However, not all fish is good fish. There are certain types of fish that will do you more harm than good. These risky fish should only be eaten rarely or not at all to avoid being poisoned, worsening the health of your cardiovascular and digestive system, and other several health problems.
