When you’re emotionally and physically exhausted, having coffee, green tea, soda, energy drinks, and other caffeinated beverages and foods, weighs more on your overall health and puts you at risk of anxiety attacks, high blood pressure, headaches, digestive problems, and heart problems which drains more of your energy.
Your brain and body are too exhausted to be dealing with caffeine which will also disturb your circadian rhythm, also known as sleep/wake cycle, if it isn’t already disturbed.
Lay off caffeine and drink warm milk, chamomile tea, or cloves tea which soothes pain and helps you relax.
