5. Pop Tarts

Pop Tarts contain tert-Butylhydroquinone or TBHQ, which is an antioxidant preservative.

As reported by the Toxicology Data Network, TBHQ has been linked to liver enlargement, vision loss, convulsions, tumors, and paralysis in laboratory animals.

M&M’s contain:
